The Door Company prefers orders be placed via our website. It is your responsibility to input your order correctly, as we go strictly by what your order form says. We will not follow-up from our end whether an online order’s information is correct.
We will accept phone orders only under the following guidelines: All phone orders will be read back to the customer. If you have access to email, you will be sent a copy of the order after the phone call. The order will need to be signed and sent back to us. No phone order will be processed and started until we receive your signed copy of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to correct any errors when the order if read back during the phone call and while reviewing their copy of the order.

All orders will require a 50% deposit before put into production.
All discrepancies with orders at the time of pick-up will be considered customer error and any replacements will be considered a new order.
